Patricio Kenny, M.D.

Patricio Kenny, M.D., is a member of Herbalife’s Nutrition Advisory Board, based in Argentina.  The NAB is made up of leading experts around the world in the fields of nutrition and health who educate and train Herbalife independent distributors on the principles of nutrition, physical activity and healthy lifestyle.

Kenny is a children, adolescents, and young adults gastroenterologist.  During the last 24 years he has served at three top general hospitals in Buenos Aires.  Additionally, he is a faculty member at the Argentine Catholic University, serving as associate professor of pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition.

He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and serves as a reviewer for the Argentine Archives of Pediatrics Journal, and is a former member of the editorial board of the GI Journal.

Kenny holds several memberships in professional and honorary societies in the U.S., including The Obesity Society, The American Society for Nutrition, The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, and the Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome Association.

Kenny received his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires Medical School and completed a visiting fellowship in his area of specialty in a combined program at Children’s & Massachusetts General Hospitals in Boston. He also attended many different academic activities at John’s Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
