Marco DeAngelis, M.D.

Prof. Marco De Angelis is a member of Herbalife's Nutrition Advisory Board (NAB), based in Italy. The NAB is made of leading experts around the world in the fields of nutrition and health who educate and train Herbalife independent Distributors on the principles of nutrition, physical activity and healthy lifestyle.

De Angelis is currently a consultant to the Institute of Medicine and Sport Science for the Italian Olympic Committee and professor at the Human Movement and Exercise Science Faculty of the University of L’Aquila.

An active sportsman, De Angelis has chaired a number of national and international committees and has published extensively in Italian and international journals.  He has taught subjects linked to motor science including physiology, training methodology, functional evaluation and diet in various universities and sports federations.  He has served as the head of the scientific department at Technogym, one of the biggest companies in fitness and wellness solutions.
